How to Transfer Contacts from Outlook Express to MS Outlook

Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools WAB Converter » SysTools WAB Converter.

Click on Browse button to select or open Windows Address Book File (.wab file)

After Clicking Browse button this screen appears:
Choose .wab file and Click on Open button.

Now Click on Scan Contacts button for scanning Windows Address Book.

Then software will start scanning the selected Windows Address Book file (.wab file). After completion of scanning process click on "OK"

After scanning selected .wab file, software will display all the contacts from Windows Address Book file (.wab ), Software rearrange the contacts in specific folders in an alphabetical order.

Now click on Save Contacts button from the right top of the screen to convert contacts to MS Outlook contacts . Then software will display following screen:

Choose Conversion format. Then click on Start Conversion button to convert Windows Address Book to Outlook Contacts.

Important Note - If you are having MS Outlook 2000/2002/XP installed on your system then you should choose Outlook 2000/2002/XP (Ansi format) or you are having MS Outlook 2003/2007 installed on your system then you should choose Outlook 2003/2007 (Unicode Format).

Now choose the location where you want to save the contacts from the following box:

Click on OK button. Then software will start converting WAB file to MS Outlook Contacts:

After converting Windows Address Book file (WAB file) to MS Outlook Contacts, the software will display you the number of contacts exported successfully with the saving location:
