After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.
Now start and check all the steps of SysTools VMware Recovery. Click on open option from menu bar of the software.
Now select the VMDK file. After selecting VMDK file from list, hit on OK button and you can also make new folder.
Now preview all restored folders and choose the needed one and preview all data into left-side of tool window. The deleted partition will be in highlighted red colour.
The application provides two option to save restored data either Save All data or Save Deleted data.
For all data: - Select the save all data option from the tool panel to save your complete data.
For Delete Data: - Click on the Save deleted data button from menu bar to save deleted data.
Now hit on preview option to view file properties in the utility panel.
Then, preview the image in the software panel.
After that preview the hex value in the Vmware recovery tool panel.
Hit on Filter button then tool will list all categories (Photos, Audios, Videos, Emails, Databases, Documents, Archives, Executable, Disk Image, Deleted Items). You can select Filter option and preview all specific category files.
Search Option is also given to search for needed file as displayed below:
From the drop-down list adjacent to On, choose search based upon Created, Modified and Last Access
After that put the file name in the search bar and hit on the search icon. The search proceducer will start. After search process completes, search results will be shown.
Give the destination to save the resultant file. You can also create new folder by clicking on Create New Folder button and hit on OK.
Please DO NOT select destination drive/folder as the source hard drive (from which you are recovering data).
View Export progress report and wait till it completes to 100%. If users want to stop the export proceducer then click on Stop.
After completion of export proceducer the tool will notify you by pop-up messages Export Completed Successfully. Simply hit on OK and proceed to display restored data.
