Batch Import vCard Files to PST

The tool is capable to batch migrate VCF files with multple contacts. In addition, the software allows you to add folders having multiple vCard files at the source of software. The uploaded contacts folder, can easily be migrate without missing any details.

Multiple Import Options

In order to import vCard files, the vCard Converter provides you three options:

• Save in the existing Microsoft data file
• Save directly into the MS Outlook profile
• Create a new Microsoft data file

Save vCard in Existing PST

If you want to bulk import vCard contacts into an orphan PST file available on your system, then this option is helpful for you. Simply provide the location of the desired PST file in which you want to save the vCard contacts. The software will migrate all the contacts file in the selected folder.

Save VCF in MS Outlook Profile

If you already have a configured accont in microsoft desktop mail client, then you will get the option to add vCard contacts directly to the profile. The software will automatically save VCF files into the defult contact folder of Microsoft Mail Client. Just select the required profile, the rest process will be done by software.

Create New MS PST File

With the help of this option, you can create a separate PST file having only vCard contacts in it. This software allows to import multiple VCF contacts at once. Here, are the software prompts you to provide the location for creating and saving the PST file. Later, you can add the PST file in your MS Outlook profile.

Generate Instant Summary

As you begin the process to batch upload VCF files to Outlook 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, or 2007, the software will show you a small summary detail. This report includes target and destination path information of the vCard file being converted with the selected import option. You can also view the basic details of the vCard file, such as contacts first name, last name, email address and job title.

Preview Added VCF Files

You can view the inserted vCard file(s) with all the related fields such as name, company, business phone, business fax, home phone, and mobile phone. The vCard to PST converter also provides the preview of all contact details like name, nick name, birth date, spouse, etc., with attachments, notes and images in separate columns.

Perform Functions with Shortcut Keys

The VCF Import Tool also allows you to use shortcut keys from keyboard to perform the import process. For instance, use ALT + A to add files, ALT + F to add folders, ALT + Q to remove file, ALT + SHIFT + Q to remove all added VCF files, ATL + E to export files, ALT + Arrow key / Mouse click to select multiple contacts for exporting, and ALT + F4 to exit the tool.
