SysTools Showcased in LegalTech 2015 (February 3 – 5, 2015)

SysTools marked its presence in yet another most important technological event of this year – LegalTech New York, 2015. LegalTech is one of the most important events for the organizations working in the arena of law and legal departments. LegalTech events and trade shows gives organizations a golden opportunity to learn about new technologies in the market and also to get a better insight of the persistent needs of law and legal departments.

The recent LegalTech event, sponsored by Discover ready, was held in the heart of New York City, The Hilton Hotel. It was a 3 day event from February 3-5, 2015 which marked the presence of over 100 prestigious organizations, SysTools being one of the exhibitors. The representatives of SysTools showcased the key product of the organization – an eDiscovery tool. The tool, with a high degree of accuracy and ton of different features helps the investigators to prove the culprit guilty and bring him forward in a timely fashion.

DAY 1-February 3rd, 2015

One of the tracks sponsored by LexisNexis shed light on the changes that can be made in the working style that will bring out the best action plans and put your law practice onto the next level. The educational tracks were followed by exhibitions of the key products and the ideas of different firms. SysTools product was considered as one of the top product among the startup products working in the field of email forensics to acquire digital evidences in the legal industry. A live demonstration of the Skin Tone Analysis feature equipped in was offered to the various designators. The skin tone analysis feature proves to be a vital feature in the various cases of physical abuse and child pornography. The exhibition was followed by many other discussions sponsored by well renowned firms working in the area of law expertise.

DAY 2-February 4th, 2015
The second day marked a keynote presentation sponsored by Discover Ready based on the innovation techniques that give a jumpstart to your organization. The honorable speaker was Dr. Jeff DeGraff, Professor of Management and Organizations, University of Michigan brought forth the practical techniques that could help law firms and legal organizations to create something new.

The discussion was followed by six educational tracks sponsored by various renowned firms. One of the educational tracks sponsored by Content Analyst Company explored the various methodologies by which machine learning could be applied to legal management so as to optimize the efficiency of the organization. The educational tracks were followed by exhibition of their key products by various exhibitors.

DAY 3-February 5th, 2015
The final day of the event was initiated with a keynote panel discussion on legal ethics and RICO cases. The reverend speakers included Patrick Oot, Partner in Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP; Reed Brodsky, partner in Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Michael D. Goldhaber, Senior International Correspondent, The American Lawyer. The discussion surrounded the ethical issues of United States District Court rulings and cross border discovery issues. The day was filled with various educational panels. The educational track sponsored by AccessData was based on the technologies used by litigation teams on daily basis.
