Method 1: Roll Updates for Exchange 2010 and 2007 Environment
Exchange Administrator can check the Roll updates for Exchange 2010 and 2007 Environment to fix the Error Code: 1056749164 “or ID no: 00000000-0000-00000000, or error Code=”0xc1054005″, Event ID: 1008. Fix this to the issue by following the Rollup update for Exchange 2007 version.

Method 3: Check Registry Key of PSTDisableGrow to fix Export Mailbox MAPI Error
Sometimes due to changes Group policy registry key, lead to error, so change the value of “PSTDisableGrow” field for that find the registry path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\12.0\PST\PSTDisableGrow
and change the value from 1 to 0
“12.0” = For Outlook 2007 Version “13.0” = For Outlook 2010 Version “14.0” = For Outlook 2013 Version
Also, try to change the value of Cached Mode
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Cached Mode and Change from 1 to 0
