Step 1: Convert Aruba mailbox to PST
- Download and run MBOX file to PST Converter on your machine.

Stepwise Configuration in MS Outlook
Follow these steps to set up Aruba email account in Outlook:
1. In MS Outlook, go to the File menu.
2. Click on the + Add Account button.
3. Then, select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
4. Select POP or IMAP and then click Next.
5. Enter all the details as required (refer to the configuration settings explained in the previous sections).
6. Click on More Settings, go to the Outgoing Server tab, and then tick the My outgoing server requires authentication >> Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
7. Then, go to the Advanced tab and enter port numbers and authentication (SSL in both).
8. Finally, save all the settings and test the account. The Aruba email account is now configured in Outlook.
Troubleshooting Sync Issue
If the configuration settings are not working and there is a problem with the password, you can try and use an app password for Outlook.
To do this;
- Go to Aruba webmail account home screen, then Global Settings, then Users & Roles.
- Go to Actions menu, then, enable two-factor authentication(2FA).
- Then, proceed to create an App Password.
- After that, use this password to login from MS Outlook with other settings same as above.
