Firstly, add PST file into the software to break it. For this, tool provides you several options i.e. Add File(s), Add Folder, and Search Files. Click any option as per your need.
To add PST file into the software, click on Add File(s) button. Then, select PST file from your system and hit Open button.
Users can also add any folder containing PST file into the software. For this, click on Add Folder button. Then, select folder from your system and hit OK button.
If user did not know the location path of PST file, then it can be search directly by using Search Files option.
Split PST Software also provides two options to remove or delete added files, i.e. Remove and Remove All
Now, software will give you multiple options to split PST file in six unique ways such as:
Split PST Tool provides facility to split PST by its size. User can provide the desired size in MB, GB, and TB to break PST in desired size.
After selecting option to Split by Size, and providing required details, click on Next button to proceed further.
Now, software will show you the summary of Split Information. Hit Next to start the process to split PST.
Once, the user have clicked on Next button, tool will start the process to split PST by its size. Here, user can click on Stop button to stop the splitting process in between. Or, directly go to the homepage of software by a click on Home button.
After completing the proces to split PST, a notifiation prompt will appear as follows.
Click on OK to confirm.
Split PST Tool provides facility to split PST by date. For this, user can apply split value by Select Date and Select Date Range(s) to split specific PST data files within the provided date range.
In order to split PST of any specific date range, click the radio button corresponding to Select Date. Then, choose any desired date from the calendar to split PST data of the provided date.
User can also add various date ranges to split PST data of multiple selected dates. For this, click radio button of Select Date Range(s), and add required multiple dates. If any date added by mistake, then use Remove button to delete unwanted date range.
After this, click on Next button to proceed further.
Now, software will show you the summary of Split Information. Hit Next to start the process to split PST.
Once, the user have clicked on the Next button, tool will start the process to split PST by date. Here, user can click on Stop button to stop the splitting process in between. Or, directly go to the homepage of software by a click on Home button.

Split PST Tool provides facility to split PST by year. For this, user can apply split value by Select Year to split PST data files of specific year.
In order to split PST of the specific range of years, select and provide the desired range with "From" and "To" column. Then, click Next button.
Now, software will show you the summary of Split Information. Hit Next to start the process to split PST.
Once, the user have clicked on the Next button, tool will start the process to split PST by year. Here, user can click on Stop button to stop the splitting process in between. Or, user can directly go to the homepage of software by a click on Home butoon.
Split PST Tool facilitiates to split PST by folder. For this, it provides two options i.e. Create separate PST file for each selected folder(s) and Create single PST file for all selected folder(s). User can opt any of provided options as per the need.
If user wants to create separate PST file for each selected folder, select the corresponding radio button as follows. Then, click Next to proceed.
User can also create a single PST file of all the selected PST files, using this utility. For this, mark radio button corresponding to Create single PST file for all selected folder(s) and select desired size in MB, GB, or TB to split PST.
It is required to be noted that, Split PST Tool supports minimum size of 1 MB and maximum size of 1 TB to split PST into parts.
After this, click Next button to proceed further.
Now, software will show you the summary of Split Information. Hit Next to start the process to split PST.

Split PST Tool provides facility to split PST by single or multiple email ID.
Additionally, multipe Email Options are also provided susch as From, To, Cc, Bcc. User can opt any of them as per the requirement.
Users can add single email ID or multiple email ID by providing CSV of emails. Before providing emails CSV file, user can open 'Sample CSV' to get an idea. After this click on Next button to proceed further.
Now, software will show you the summary of Split Information. Hit Next to start the process to split PST.
Once, the user have clicked on the Next button, tool will start the process to split PST by folder. Here, user can click on Stop button to stop the splitting process in between. Or, directly go to the homepage of software by a click on Home button.

Split PST Tool provides multiple categories to split PST files such as Mail, Calendaar, Contact, Note, Task, and Journal. Apply split value by selecting one or more category options. Then click Next to proceed further.
Now, software will show you the summary of Split Information. Hit Next to start the process to split PST.
