After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai, Hindi, Bangla) as per your requirement.
Now start and check all the steps of SysTools Pen Drive Recovery Software. You will see the main screen of software as shown in below image.
The software will display a screen for "Check for Prerequisites".
If you are using Windows 11/10/8.1/7, then please launch tool as "Run as Administrator".
After installing software the home will appear with list of all attached pen drive and memory cards.
Software contains a Refresh View option, which enable you to view newly attached Pen Drive/ Memory Card without closing the application.
Select the device from the list and view the basic details into right panel of software.
Application also, supports to restore corrupted, formatted and permanently deleted data from MAC OS HFS+ file system
Note:- When users attached their pen drive to their laptop. After that, Windows pop-up message you need to format the disk in the drive. However, users do not need to hit on format disk option. Otherwise, the data will be permanently deleted.
Now the software will provide you two options to scan your drive i.e. Scan and Formatted Scan.
Scan: - Select Scan for Deleted and corrupted data recovery.
Formatted Scan: - Select Formatted Scan for formatted data recovery.
Here the software will start scanning and show you the reading percentage. Simply wait till it turns to 100%. Best thing about this software it supports multiple language. you can change your language after clicking the drop down link
After that, software will scan the mac OS HFS+ data files in the application panel.
Now the software will list all recovered folder into the left panel of software and highlight the folders which contains data. Simply Explore the folder and view complete data into right panel of software.
Note: - The software will highlight the permanently deleted data by red colour. So, it becomes quite easy to identify the permanently deleted files and folders.
Double hit on particular file after that tool will provide Save All Data and Preview option.
Then, you can preview the file properties in the tool panel.
Now preview the image in the application panel.
Also preview the hex value in the pen drive recovery software panel.
Search required files from recovered data by applying date filter. Here you can search files according to Created, Modified and Last Access Date.
Provide date range and the software will list only those files which lies between the provided date range.
Search required files by providing file type like .doc, .png, .bmp, .mp4 etc.
Filter Option is also provided to filter out the desired file as shown below:
Now, you can Select the Save All Data or Save Deleted Data to save data as per your requirement.
Save Selected Data: For this select the check box and do mouse right click on selected file and hit Save All option. It will save only selected data.
Provide the location to save the resultant file. You can also create new folder by hitting on Create New Folder button and click on OK.
Please DO NOT select destination drive/folder as the source Pen Drive (from which you are recovering data).
View Export progress report and wait till it completes to 100%. If you want to stop the export process then hit on Stop.
After completion of export process the software will notify you by pop-up messages Export Completed Successfully. Simply hit on OK and proceed to view recovered data.
