How to Unlock PDF File & Remove Restrictions using SysTools PDF Unlocker

SysTools PDF Unlocker Software: Know How it Works!

Remove PDF file security & unlock the ability to Edit, Print, Copy, Data extraction,
Comment, Sign, Form filling, etc from highly protected PDF files.

STEP 1

Now start and check all the steps of SysTools PDF Unlocker Software. You will see the main screen of software as shown in below image:

STEP 2

Now, click Add File(s) or Add Folder option to insert secured PDF Files

View PDF File Details such as File Size (MB), Permissions (Initially as “Disabled”) and Password (optional)

Now, the software provides two options i.e. “Save” & “Print”
Selecting the Save option will let users to save the unlocked PDF documents at the selected destination location
Selecting the Print option will directly print the unlocked PDF files

STEP 5

Here, we have selected the Save option. Now, click on the Change button and select the destination location

STEP 6

After that, click the Unlock button to begin the process of removing PDF restrictions.

STEP 7

As the file gets unlocked the Permissions gets changed from Disabled to Enabled. Also, Unlock Status will be changed from In Progress to Completed.

STEP 8

Also, the pop-up message i.e. “The PDF Files are Unlocked Successfully”. gets displayed. Click the OK button.
Also, if you want to stop the process in between the click on “Stop” button”

STEP 9

The software will display Total file count, Success file count, and Failed file count details.

STEP 10

Click on the destination path URL and navigate towards the destination location

STEP 11

Now, view unlocked PDF files

Now, click Add File(s) or Add Folder option to insert secured PDF Files

Users can also remove unwanted PDF files by using Remove / Remove All option.

View PDF File Details such as File Size (MB), Permissions (Initially as “Disabled”). And in the Password text box enter passwords of the secured files

STEP 4

Now, the software provides two options i.e. “Save” & “Print”

Selecting the Save option will let users to save the unlocked PDF documents at the selected destination location

Selecting the Print option will directly print the unlocked PDF files

Important Note: If users want to save the source PDF password in Output PDF then they can check the option “Keep Source PDF Password in Output PDF”.

STEP 5

Here, we have selected the Save option. Now, click on the Change button and select the destination location

STEP 6

After that, click the Unlock button to begin the process of removing PDF restrictions.

STEP 7

As the file gets unlocked the Permissions gets changed from Disabled to Enabled. Also, Unlock Status will be changed from In Progress to Completed.
