Simple Steps to Convert Multiple PST files into several formats using the MAC PST Converter Software
Launch the “SysTools Mac PST Converter” software. The user interface of the software is as follows:
Software provide two option Add Files and Add Folder
Click on the “Add Files(s)” button to browse .pst files.
Navigate and select the File on the system and click on Open.
If you want to add complete folder, then click on Add Folder
Select the folder from your system location and click on Choose
Now, Select MBOX radio button to export PST files into MBOX format.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: The folder structure of the resultant MBOX files is kept intact.
Now click on Advance Settings button for filters and additional features:
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars.
Date filter: You can apply Date Filter to select and export email messages of the specific duration.
Click Save button.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported MBOX files.
Select the location where you want to save the converted files
The destination path will be shown as follows. Click on the "Export" button.
The progress report will be shown as follows:
A message will appear showing "Export Process completed successfully"
The export report can be saved for the export process. Click on the "View Report" button.
Now, select PDF radio button to export PST files into PDF format.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: The folder structure of the resultant PDF files is kept intact.
You can set the General Settings to export data in PDF format:
Naming Convention: Choose the Naming convention to save the emails with required names accordingly. By default, Subject is the naming convention of the file.
Categories: Select the category items which you want to export
Date Filters: You can apply Date Filter to select and export email messages of the specific duration.
Create Single PDF File: Enable this checkbox to create single PDF file (Applicable for Contacts & Notes).
Include Internet Message Header: Check this box to include the internet message header.
Click on Page Layout tab and specify the following filters:
Now click on Bates Number tab to apply bates numbers on the PDF files.
Bates Number Format: Choose which number to start bates numbering from along with the incrementation rate and position.
Date Stamp: Choose the position and format of date you want to be shown on all the PDF files.
Click Save button to save all the applied settings.
Next click on Attachments Settings tab to apply settings for attachments.
Attachments on Pin: Add attachment in PDF as Pin.
Append Attachment: Convert attachment as PDF and append at the end of the email.
Save Attachment: Save attachments in a folder in its original file format.
Naming Convention for Attachments: Choose Naming Convention from FileName or Subject+FileName.
You can also create folder for attachments according to Naming Convention.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported PST files.
Browse the location where you want to export as PDF
Click on the "Export" button.
The progress report will be shown as follows:
After that, a pop up will appear showing "Export process completed successfully".
The tool will then display the completed Export report which can also be downloaded by clicking on "View report" button.
If you choose PST files to be converted in EML format then the radio button corresponding to EML label would be automatically selected.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: The folder structure of the EML files is kept intact.
Click on the Advance Setting option and specify the following filters such as:
Naming Convention: Choose this option to save the emails with the required names.
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars.
Note: Here, Contacts & Calendars are exported as VCF and ICS format respectively.
Date filter: with this you can filter out the final EML files as per the date.
Note: This option is available from Mails only with Sent Date.
After that, click the Save button
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported EML files.
Select the location where you want to save the converted files
The destination path will be shown as follows and finally click on the "Export" button.
The progress report will be shown as follows:
The export process will be completed successfully. Click on the "OK" button.
The export report can be saved for the export process. Click on the "View Report" button.
Now, Select MSG radio button to export data items into MSG format.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: The folder structure of the MSG files is kept intact.
You can specify the following filters such as:
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars as per the requirement.
Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date.
After that, click the Save button
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported files.
Select the location where you want to save the converted files
The destination path will be shown as follows. Click on the "Export" button.
The progress report will be shown as follows:
The export process will be completed successfully.
The export report can be saved for the export process. Click on the "View Report" button.
Choose "EMLX" radio button to transfer PST files into EMLX format.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: The folder structure of the EMLX files is kept intact.
You can specify the following filters such as:
Naming Convention: Choose the different naming conventions to save the exported emails in that notation.
Categories: Select the items, you want to export such as Mails, Contacts & Calendars.
Date filter: With this you can export the emails according to the date range.
Click Save button.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported EMLX files.
Select the location where you want to save the converted files
The destination path will be shown as follows. Click on the "Export" button.
The progress report will be shown as follows:
The export process will be completed successfully. Click on the "OK".
The export report can be saved for the export process. Click on the "View Report" button.
Click on HTML radio button to export the files in .html format.

Click on ICS radio button to transfer the PST calendars in .ics format.

Create single ICS file: Check this checkbox if you want to include all the calendar events in single ICS file.
Click Save button.
Now click on Change button and navigate to the destination location where you want to save the HTML files.
Browse the destination location
Now Export process will begin. The software will show Mail and Fail Count along with the Export status.
The software will open folder directory. You can see a folder named Export Report is automatically created. Open the underlying CSV file.
Now you can view the complete process details such as mail count, fail count, source path, destination path, and export status.
Click on VCF radio button to transfer the PST contacts in .vcf format.

Naming Convention: Select the naming convention to save the emails with required names accordingly. By default, Subject is the naming convention of the file.
vCard Version: You can also choose the desired vCard version (vCard 2.1, 3.0, 4.0) here.
Create single VCF file: Check this checkbox if you want to include all the contacts in single VCF file.
Click Save button.
Now click on Change button and navigate to the destination location where you want to save the HTML files.
Browse the destination location
Now Export process will begin. The software will show Mail and Fail Count along with the Export status.
The software will open folder directory. You can see a folder named Export Report is automatically created. Open the underlying CSV file.
Now you can view the complete process details such as mail count, fail count, source path, destination path, and export status.
Click on TXT radio button to export the files in .txt format.

Browse the destination location
Now Export process will begin. The software will show Mail and Fail Count along with the Export status.
The software will open folder directory. You can see a folder named Export Report is automatically created. Open the underlying CSV file.
Now you can view the complete process details such as mail count, fail count, source path, destination path, and export status.
Click on the CSV radio button to export PST emails, calendars, tasks, journals, and notes into CSV file formats. Attachments will be saved in a separate folder.
Now use the Advanced Settings to convert the PST file as per your choice.
You can check the option Create Separate CSV File for All Group Contacts as needed.
Now under the General Settings section, use the Date Filters and Categories to convert in CSV format.
Now click on Change button and navigate to the destination location where you want to save the CSV file.
Browse the destination location
Now Export process will begin. The software will show Contact and Fail Count along with the Export status.
The software will open folder directory. You can see a folder named Export Report is automatically created. Open the underlying CSV file.
Now you can view the complete process details such as mail count, fail count, source path, destination path, and export status.
Click on MHT radio button to transfer the PST contacts in .mht format. Now select the Advanced Settings.
You can set the General Settings to export data in PDF format:
Categories: Select the category items which you want to export.
Date Filters: You can apply Date Filter to select and export email messages of the specific duration.
Once the settings are applied, use the Change option to set the folder location to save the file.
Now click the Export button to convert PST file in MHT format.
After pressing the OK button you can see the location where the MHT format file is saved. Press the View report.
You can set the General Settings to export data in PDF format:
Categories: Select the category items which you want to export.
Date Filters: You can apply Date Filter to select and export email messages of the specific duration.
Create Single PDF File: Enable this checkbox to create single PDF file (Applicable for Contacts & Notes).
Include Internet Message Header: Check this box to include the internet message header.
Click on Page Layout tab and specify the following filters:
Margin: You can apply margin settings to maintain proper space in top, bottom, left and right directions.
Paper Orientation: You can choose orientation of the PDF file i.e Portrait or Landscape.
Page Size: You can select the size of the PDF page.
Now click on Bates Number tab to apply bates numbers on the PDF files.
Bates Number Format Choose which number to start bates numbering from along with the incrementation rate and position.
Date Stamp Choose the position and format of date you want to be shown on all the PDF files.
Click Save button to save all the applied settings.
Next click on Attachments Settings tab to apply settings for attachments.

Save Attachment: Save attachments in a folder in its original file format.
