Step to How to Transfer Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes Address Book
STEP 1
Go to Start menu »Programs»SysTools Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes »SysTools Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes.
STEP 2
SysTools Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes Software provides two conversion options:
1) Convert Configured Outlook Contacts
2) Convert Other Outlook Contacts
Now Select "Convert Configured Outlook Mailboxes" to convert all configured mailboxes inside Microsoft Outlook to Lotus Notes
STEP 3
Now Click on Export Mailbox button
STEP 4
After clicking on Export Mailbox option following screen appears
STEP 5
Now Select the PST File that you want to convert to Lotus Notes from the available list of PST mailbox
STEP 6
Select appropriate Outlook Mailbox and view all the folders of selected mailbox on Mailbox Folders pane
STEP 7
Software will show contacts folders of Outlook. Contacts folder having any contact will be marked in bold letters. Now Select the folders that you want to convert.
After selecting the Contacts folders click on Start Conversion button

After conversion software will show this screen
STEP 9
Users are allowed to save Outlook contacts in either New NSF file or in Existing NSF file. Choose any of the above option and software will start the conversion process.
STEP 10
After converting Outlook contacts to Lotus Notes address book, software will display a message showing saving location of NSF file.
