OST Viewer: Know How it Works!

Click Add File to start the process of adding .ost file in application:

Select the Browse button to find the OST file from machine:

Now select the required OST File & click on Open button:

Select the scanning mode for loading the OST file:
Advance Scan: Select this mode for scanning & recovering the corrupted OST file:

Now click Add File to finally start the Loading process:

After adding file the query pop up that would you like to index the items. It is recommended to click Yes, if you need to search Email within OST File:

After the software loads the OST Items, select the items which you want to view. Moreover you can preview mail according to desired View. You can also switch the view from Horizontal View to Vertical View:

User can also choose other options like Add file, Load option, Search option, Close option, Exit option, Upgarde pro option:

• You can load OST file direct through Load option. Only those files are load which has opened in past:
  
• Through Close file option you direct close the current file:
  

User can select prefered one items which you wants to view, click the Mail option then you can sort your mails accordingly through Attachment icon, From, Subject, To, Sent, Received and Size(KB):

User can select preffered one items which he wants to view like Mail view, Calendar View, Contact View, Task View, Notes View, Journal View, Search view and Folder list:

• You can view the schedule Calendar with all details:
  
• You can view the schedule Tasks:
  
• You can view the stored Contact:
  
• You can view the Notes for reminder:
  

User can preview mail according to desired like, Normal View, Hex View, Properties View, Message Header View, MIME View, HTML View, RTF View, Attachments also

Normal Mail View of email is shown below in which user can view the email in usual way:

View the attachment shown in the lower section. You can open it with the appropriate program:

• You can view the PDF file open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. To get the attachment of email click on the Attachment icon as shown below:
  
• You can view the JPEG file. To get the attachment of email click on the Attachment icon as shown below:
  
• You can view the PNG file. To get the attachment of email click on the Attachment icon as shown below:
