How to Migrate OLM Contacts to Outlook

System should have MS Outlook installed and configured properly while not connected with Exchange to view and modify PST contacts file generated out from OLM Contacts Migrator.

STEP 1

Click Start Menu (Home Menu) » All Programs » SysTools OLM Contacts Migrator » SysTools OLM Contacts Migrator.

Click on the “Open” tab to initiate the process of OLM Contacts Migration.

STEP 2

Now Click on the “Browse” button to select the OLM file to be converted.

STEP 3

After clicking "Browse" button the given screen will appear, in it select the path of the OLM file to be converted

STEP 4

Then click on the second “Browse” button to select the Destination Folder where you want to save the file.

STEP 5

As you click on the second “Browse” button the given screen will appear, and you need to provide the destination path.

STEP 6

Then the screen will look like the given screenshot, in which you are having three alternative options as Target Format, they are:

• PST – If you wish to have the converted data in .PST format to use in Windows Outlook.
• vCard – It is a .VCF file format which can be easily imported into any portable devices like iPhones or iPads etc.
• CSV – This file format can be used to search and sort quickly as we do in Excel sheet.

STEP 7

Now Click on the “Export” button to start the conversion process.

STEP 8

As soon as you click the “OK” button, Conversion of OLM Contacts into either PST or vCard or CSV starts (which you select) and after the conversion the given screen appears with the information of Destination folder.

Now find the converted OLM contacts as PST or vCard or CSV in the folder, which you had selected during the Conversion.
