A Step by Step Guide to Convert OFT Data into 12+ File Formats
Using SysTools OFT Converter Software
Launch the “SysTools Mac OFT Converter” software. The user interface of the software is as follows:
Software provide two options: Add File(s) and Add Folder(s)
Click on the “Add Files(s)” button to browse OFT files.
Once the files has been added, it will be listed on the Software user interface as shown below.
After clicking the "Next button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files into PST file format.
Click on Change to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PST file in your system.
Click on Export button to begin the process.
The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
In order to export OFT Files in PDF file format, select the radio button next to PDF in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to PDF file format.

Also, you can click on Create Single PDF File.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
On the Page layout menu, different options are available:

Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant PDF file.
Click on Change to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PDF file in your system.
Click on Export button to begin the process.
The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
In order to export OFT files to MBOX, select the radio button next to MBOX in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to MBOX file format.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Change and select a destination location for the resulting MBOX file by clicking OK.
In order to export OFT Files to MHT file format, select the radio button next to MHT in Export File Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to MHT file format.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "Save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant MHT file.
Click on Change to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting MHT file in your system.
In order to export Outlook OFT files in CSV file format, select the radio button corresponding to CSV in Export Type section
Click on create separate CSV File for all group contacts.
By clicking on the Change button you can select a destination location for the resultant CSV file.
The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
Click on View Report to view the generated report.
In order to export OFT files to HTML file format, select the radio button adjacent to HTML in Export Type section
Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to HTML file.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant HTML file.
Click on Change to select the desired location for the resulting HTML file.
Click on Export button to begin the process.
The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
In order to OFT files in EML file format, select the radio button corresponding to EML in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to EML file format.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant EML file. Click on Change to select the desired location for the resulting HTML file.
In order to export OFT files in TXT file format, select the radio button corresponding to TXT in Export Type section
Click on Adv. Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to TXT file format.
Categories: This option provides the user to export specific component of the OFT file such as mails, contacts, calendars, etc.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant TXT file.
Click on Change to select the desired location for the resulting TXT file.
Click on the Export button and the software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
In order to export Outlook OFT files in EMLX file format, select the radio button corresponding to EMLX in Export Type section
Click on Adv. Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to EMLX file format.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant EMLX file.
Click on Change to select the desired location for the resulting EMLX file.
In order to export OFT Files to MSG file format, select the radio button next to MSG in Export File Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to MSG file format.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "Save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant MSG file.
Click on Change to select the desired location for the resulting MSG file and then click on Export button.
The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
Click on View Report to view the generated report.
In order to export OFT Files in ICS file format, select the radio button next to ICS in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to ICS file format.
Click on Create Single ICS File.
Also, you can choose option Split ICS after to split ICS file with the requires size.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "Save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant ICS file. Click on Change to select the desired location for the resulting ICS file.
Click on Export button to begin the process.
The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on "OK"
In order to export OFT Files to VCF file format, select the radio button next to VCF in Export File Type section
Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert OFT files to VCF file format.
Users can also tick the option saying create single VCF file.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to select a destination location for the resultant VCF file.
Click on Change to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting VCF file in your system.
In order to export OFT Files to PRINT file format, select the radio button next to PRINT in Export File Type section
Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to print OFT files.
On the Advanced settings you can use 4 more different settings to arrange file.
In the General settings apply the following settings.
Choose Naming convention and Naming convention separator as per requirement.
Categories: To includes Mails, Calendars, Contacts, Takss, Notes
Date Filter: Apply Date Filter to provide the data of a particular time period.
Include Internet Message Header: Tick the checkbox of Include Internet Message Header
Click on Page Layout tab, apply the mutiple filters:
Click on Bates Number tab, to apply the below settings:
Finally hit on Save button.
Now use the Attachment settings:
Click on the Change button to select the destination location.
Browse the final location and then OK.
