Now following this step-by-step guide for SysTools OAB Converter, you can safely export into PST, PDF, CSV, vCard.

STEP 1

Launch the “SysTools OAB Converter” software. The user interface of the software is as follows:

Click on the “Add Files(s)” button.

As soon as you click Select path window pop up.Now, browse the file path.

Select the file & click "Open" button.

Now, you can view your folder on the Left pannel of your software.

While clicking the folder your all files display on the Right pannel .

Select the file you want to convert & click Export button

As you export the file a window appear "Export Option".

Click radio button corresponding to PST.

Now, Browse the folder location where you have to save.

Click on Export

Export process completed successfully

File is exported completely, you can view your .pst file in Outlook as shown below.

Click radio button corresponding to PDF and after that click on Advance Setting.

You can specify the following filters such as:

Page Layout: You can set Margin, paper orientation & page size.

Bates Number: You can set Date Stamp & Position.

Click on Save.

Browse the Folder Location you want to save

Click on OK button.

Tick the check box "create single PDF"

Click on Export button.

Export Process is Completed Successfully.

Then click on Export button.
