Notes to Excel : Steps to Know How It Works!

Select Notes Address Book or names.nsf file. Click Open

Then Click Scan Notes Contacts to scan Lotus Notes Address Book. As soon as the software will complete the scanning procedure SysTools Notes to Excel will display all the contact information as following:

After scan process a notification of successfull scanning pop up on the screen. Click OK

After reviewing the contacts, click Export to Excel Button to Export Notes Contacts to Excel. Then software will start exporting Lotus Notes Address Book to MS Excel Contacts as follows:

Then software will start exporting Lotus Notes Address Book to MS Excel Contacts after pressing the Start Conversion button:

Then successful notification with number of contacts exported.

User can view the exported contacts by clicking on Open Exported Excel File:

Importing CSV file to Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express. Go to File » Import » Other Address Book... as shown below:

Now Click Text File (Comma Separated Values), and then click on Import as shown below:

Now locate CSV file that you exported from SysTools Notes Contacts to Excel from following screen. Click Browse:

Select the CSV file & Click Open:

Click Finish & you will get the successful notification with number of contacts imported:
