Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has empaneled SysTools Software among the other 11 agencies to provide assistance to its search team for onsite data acquisition during search and seizure operations. The agencies are selected based on their experience in the field of Digital Forensics services & evidence examination practices.
As per guidelines from SEBI, the agencies like SysTools have to provide services such as acquisition, extraction & analysis of digital evidence from storage devices of various nature. Pursuant to the conclusion of empanelment process, SEBI declared the list of 12 agencies that are selected as service providers for the year 2023 to 2025.
SysTools Software is already in the existing list of empaneled agencies with SEBI since year 2022. We have assisted SEBI in performing many activities successfully in the past & is dedicated to assist team SEBI in their upcoming challenges also. SEBI being the topnotch regulatory body in charge of India's securities market always keep their activities intact in protecting investor interests and maintaining the integrity of financial markets.
