Simple Guide to Get The Activation Code

Here you get two options to activate SysTools Migrator:

• Try Free: If you have just installed this tool on your system and want to try it for free then you can migrate 2 user accounts. Click on Try Free button and proceed to Step 4.
• Buy Now: Once you are satisfied with the tool's working, you can then purchase the licenses according to the number of users that you want to migrate. (You can also purchase additional licenses later on if required)

After clicking on Try Free, you will be redirected to SysTools Customer Management domain.

Note : SysTools Customer Management domain should be whitelisted in users network firewall.

Here, you will see two options:

1. New Customer
2. Existing Customer

After that, Register the Migration domain.

1. Place a Demo Order
2. Edit Existing Order

If you are a new user and haven't tried the demo order then choose Place a Demo Order. Otherwise if you have tried the demo order then choose Edit Existing order.

a) Place a Demo Order

Enter the Software Name, Number of Licenses and Source Domain Name.

Then, click on Activate Demo button

After that, “Demo Activated Successfully” message gets displayed. Your demo license has been sent to your registered Email ID

b) Edit Existing Order

Select the order i.e. enter the order id

View order details like Order Number, Order Date, Product Name, Domain Name and then click on Update button

Your order has been updated successfully message gets displayed.

Now, go to the Registered Email id and copy Activation Code from there

After copying this activation code, paste it in the Enter Activation Code section and click on Apply button.

Once your tool is activated successfully, you will get following screen where the tool will show you total number of licenses, consumed licenses and remaining licenses for users and teams.

If you've purchased Teams or User licenses separately, then you have to activate them separately and you will see the licenses details for either User or Teams.

Click on Buy Additional Licenses button if you want to purchase more migration licenses.

Enter the number of licenses that you want to purchase for teams and users, click on Continue button and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Make sure that you don't change the number of licenses to buy on the payment gateway.
