How to Convert LDIF Files to Multiple File Formats?

Export File as PST Format

After clicking the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."

Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PST file in your system. Hit OK button.

After this, click on Export to begin the export process.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

Click on Save button for saving the Export Report.

Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.

Open the export report to view the success or fail count.

Export File As vCard Format

In order to export LDIF files in vCard file format, select the radio button corresponding to vCard in Export Type section

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert LDIF files to vCard file format.

You can select from available vCard version as per your requirement. Also, you can merge contacts into single vCard format. Click on Save.

By clicking on the Browse button you can select a destination location for the resultant vCard file.

Click on Export button to begin the export procedure.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

By clicking on Save button, you can save the CSV Report for each browsed LDIF file.

Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.

Open the report to view the success and fail count of LDIF to vCard Conversion

You can now check the converted vCard Files

Export File as CSV Format

In order to export LDIF files to CSV, select the radio button next to CSV in Export Type section

After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Browse and select a destination location for the resulting CSV file by clicking OK.

Click on "Export" button.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

Click on Save button to save the conversion report.

Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.

Now, you can view the success and failure count of the entire export process.

Export File As PDF Format

In order to export LDIF Files into PDF file format, select the radio button next to PDF in Export Type section.

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert LDIF files to PDF file format.

Also, there are Page Layout and Bates Number settings, apply accordingly.

Click on Browse to select a destination location for the resultant PDF file.

---

Click on Export button. Also, click on "Create Single PDF" to create a single PDF for all the added LDIF Files.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

Now, you can save the exported report for future references.

Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.

Open the export report to view the success or fail count.

You can now check the converted PDF Files.
