A Step by Step Guide to Convert .IMM Files into 9 Different File Formats
Using SysTools IncrediMail Converter Software
After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.
Now start and check all the steps of SysTools IncrediMail Converter Tool
Click on Add File button to choose from the options provides to Add the desired IMM Files.
Click on Identities option to add the files if IncrediMail configuration is found.
You can add IMM files or folder by opting for the respective option.
You can preview the IncrediMail files in multiple viewing modes.

After clicking the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files into PST file format.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PST file in your system. Hit OK button.
Click on Create Single PST File option to create a single output file
Click on Maintain Folder hierarchy to maintain the folder structure intact.
Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them
After this, click on Export to begin the export process.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail files to MBOX, select the radio button next to MBOX in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to MBOX file format.
After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Browse and select a destination location for the resulting MBOX file by clicking OK.
Tick the box adjacent to Maintain Folder Hierarchy if you want to keep the folder structure intact after the conversion. Also, tick the option if you don't want to export the empty folders.
Click on "Export" button.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail Files in PDF file format, select the radio button next to PDF in Export Type section.
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to PDF file format.
Also, you can Include Internet Message Header by clicking on Checkbox.
Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
Also, there are Page Layout settings, apply accordingly.
Bates Number settings can also be applied as per the need.
Click on "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" to keep the folder hierarchy intact. Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them. Lastly, click on Export button.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail files to MSG, select the radio button next to MSG in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to MSG file format.
After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Browse and select a destination location for the resulting MSG file by clicking OK.

In order to export IncrediMail files in EML file format, select the radio button corresponding to EMLX in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to EMLX file format.
By clicking on the Browse button you can select a destination location for the resultant EMLX file.

Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them
Click on Export button to begin the export procedure.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail files to HTML file format, select the radio button adjacent to HTML in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to HTML file.

Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them.
Click on Export button to begin the export procedure.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail files to CSV file format, select the radio button adjacent to CSV in Export Type section
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to keep the folder structure intact.
Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them.
Click on Export button to begin the export procedure.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail files to vCard file format, select the radio button adjacent to vCard in Export Type section
Click on Browse to select the desired location for the resulting CSV file.
You can choose the vCard versions as per your requirements.
Next, you can opt for the option "Merge Contacts into Single vCard.” Save the changes that you have made.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to keep the folder structure intact.
Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them.
Click on Export button to begin the export procedure.
Click on Save button to check the saved Export Report. Navigate to the location where you want to save the CSV file.
In order to export IncrediMail files to Office 365 file format, select the radio button adjacent to Office 365 in Export Type section
Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to O365 account.

Provide the credentials there and your account will be validated
General Settings
Here, you can Enter Destination Mailbox or provide destination Office 365 Account from CSV. Choose from the either of the options.
Click on Maintain Folder Hierarchy to keept the folder structure intact.
Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them.
Click on Next button to move to the next window.
Provide the Office 365 Account Name in front of the selected mailbox name and Validate it.
Click on the Export button.
