Follow step by step guide to Transfer Emails from Google Vault to Office 365 account using SysTools Migrator.
Pre-Requisites

Tool provides the help section for the details about each migration mode. Click on "Help" button to view this section.
Then you will get the initial screen of the tool, in this screen you have to select Source & Destination to perform Google Vault to Office 365 migration.
On this same screen you can apply the Date-based filter for Google Vault emails. By clicking on Date Filter. After applying the Date Filter click on Next.
Now, you have to provide Admin email ID, Service account detail.
Then upload the Certificate file (that is the P12 file).

After providing details click on the Validate button to validate permissions.
Now, need to provide destination details. Provide Admin Email ID and Application ID. Then click on the Validate button to validate permissions.

After providing the required details click on Next.
On this screen, you will get three options for user mapping - Fetch Users, Import Users, Download template.
Fetch Users – This operation will fetch users from the configured source account.

In this screen, you can see all Source user ID.
Import Users – With this option, you will import users by CSV file. Click on the Browse icon to add the CSV file.
Users are imported by the CSV file.
Download Template – This option saves a sample copy of a (.csv) file that can be used to import a list of users along with their corresponding destinations. Under Mark for Execution, if the user wishes to migrate the user, it can make it as True, else as False for mapping purpose. Use this sample copy to create a mapping file that can be imported.
Now, Mapping is successfully created between source & destination account.
The tool also provides account-based priority. With this option, you can set the priority of account which account data you want to migrate first.
To apply the account-based priority option you have click on the star icon.
Source & Destination permissions are validated click on the Start Migration button to start the migration process.
The tool allows monitoring the migration process of the selected accounts.
In Process - This option presents the user with a filtered list of accounts whose migration is in progress.
Pending - This option presents the user a filtered list of accounts whose migration is still pending.
Completed - This option presents the user a filtered list of accounts whose migration has been completed.
The tool has successfully migrated all emails from Google Vault user to Office 365 user account.
The tool also provides Re-run migration. This option enables the user to re-run migration for the completed accounts in 2 modes:
Retry Failed Items: This mode of migration will retry the migration of those items that had failed to get migrated during the initial run.
Re-Run Full Migration: It will run categories to counter any items that may have been skipped during the initial run. There will be no duplication of data.
After migration click on Download Report to download migration report –
Migration Summary Report: This option allows the user to download a single report file for all the users that have been selected for migration. The downloaded file will be in .csv format.
Detailed Report: This option allows the user to download a detailed report for individual users. The detailed report contains information about every selected workload category and the items migrated within the category in a zip file.
