Follow step by step guide to Transfer Data from Google Apps to Office 365 account using SysTools Migrator.

In the same screen, select the categories that you want to migrate from G Suite to Microsoft 365 under the Workload selection.
Using the Date Filter option you can perform the date based selective migration of the mailbox data. Click on Next.
Provide the Admin Email and Service Account details carefully.
After this, upload the Certificate File that is the p12 file into the software panel and click on Validate to provide permissions to the user.

Now click on Destination. Provide Admin Email and Application ID. Click on Validate for permission validation. Hit the Next button.

On the Users screen, there are several ways in which you can add users from the source account that needs to be processed.
Fetch Users: It will get Users from Source domain.
Import Users: This will import users through CSV.
Download Template: This is the sample CSV file to undertand the formatting of the file to be imported using "Import Users" option.
The list of users is now displayed on the screen.
Import a Group mapping file which provides mapping between Source & Destination domain groups. Import the mapped CSV file using "Group Mapping" option
Download the sample file used for Group mapping with the "Group Mapping Template" option.
You can select users on the basis of their Priority and view the Selected Users only.
After the validation is successfully completed it will show against the Source and Destination permissions. Click on Start Migration after that.
Users can also Stop Migration if required while the migration is In Progress
After successfully migrating, click on Download Report
There are two migration reports. If you chose 'Summary Report', select the location to save the report file.
The overall summary of the migration will be given in the form of a report
If you click on the 'Detailed Report' button, you can select all the users whose specific report you want.
Click on Save button
Re-Run Migration option is also provided in order to perform the migration again.
