How to Convert Excel Contacts to Multiple File Formats?

Convert Excel Contacts as PST Format

Select the "PST" radio button from the "Export Option"

Now, choose the following settings under Apply Setting:

• Create New PST: This option will create the all new PST file for your Outlook.
• Existing PST: This option will not create new PST in fact you will able to work on existing PST file.
• MS Outlook Profile: By Chossing this option the converted directily goes to your configured MS Outlook profile.

Convert Excel Contacts as CSV Format

Click on the "CSV" Radio button and to convert Excel contacts in CSV format.

• Standard CSV: By using this option you will create a standard CSV file that you can open in any CSV supported software.
• Google CSV: In you want to import the Excel contacts in Google account, then choose this option. It will create the Google CSV file.

• Create Singel vCard Files: This option helps to create sigle vCard files for all your Excel contacts.
