SysTools Mac EML Converter: Know How it Works!

Click radio button corresponding to EMLX to convert EML files into EMLX file format and after that click on Advance Settings.

You can specify the following filters such as:

Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final EML files as per the date filter.

Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.

Here check the check box corresponding to Maintain Folder Hierarchy and after that click on Change button to browse the location to save exported file.

Now click on New Folder button as highlighted.

Type the folder name and click on Create button and after that click on Export button.

Now a dialog box will appear with Export process completed successfully message. Here click on OK button.

Click on "View Report" to navigate to the destination location.

The final exported EMLX files can be viewed at the specific location as follows:

Now, Select MBOX radio button to export EML/EMLX files into MBOX format.

Here check the check box corresponding to Maintain Folder Hierarchy and after that click on Change button to browse the location to save exported file.

Now click on New Folder button as highlighted.

Type the folder name and click on Create button.

Now click on Export button to start the conversion process.

Now a dialog box will appear with Export process completed successfully message. Here click on OK button.

Click on "Export Report" folder to view Conversion Report and "Inbox" to check resultant MBOX file.

Explore the folder and view resultant file.

Click radio button corresponding to PST to convert EML/EMLX files into PST file format and after that click on Advance Settings.

You can specify the following filters such as and after that click on Save button.

Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date filter.

Split PST Option: The software also provides option to split the output .pst file in required file size. Simply provide the file size and tool will create the .pst file of equal / uniform size.

Here check the check box corresponding to Maintain Folder Hierarchy and after that click on Change button to browse the location to save exported file.

Now click on New Folder button as highlighted.

Type the folder name and click on Create button.

Now click on Export button to start the conversion process.

Now a pop will appear with Successfully Exported message. Here click on OK button.

Click on "View Report" to navigate to the destination location.

View export process details, which includes Success Count, Fail Count, Export Status etc.

Navigate to the location and view exported data.

Click radio button corresponding to HTML to convert EML/EMLX files into HTML file format and after that click on Advance Settings.

You can specify the following filters such as:

Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date filter.

Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.

Click radio button corresponding to PDF to convert EML/EMLX files into PDF file format and after that click on Advance Settings.

You can specify the following filters such as Normal Setting, Page Layout, Bates Number:

Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date filter.

Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.

Click Include Internet Message Header, if necessary.

Apply setting for Page Layout.

Apply Margin: The software provides advance option to apply page margin. Which can be applied in range of Minimum 2.0 mm and Maximum 10.0 mm

Apply Page Layout: Use this option to use Paper Orientation and Page Size.

Apply Bates Number to your page while exporting to PDF format.

Bates Number Format: You can apply page number and other formatting like, Start Number, Increment By, and Position.

Date Stamp: You can also apply date stamp and choose preferred position.

You can select Attachment on Pin option if you want to save your EML attachments into PDF's pin.

The Append Attachment option will add the attachment content of EML file at the end of the converted PDF.

The Save Attachment option will allow you to save EML attachments into a separate folder instead of converting along with PDF file.

You can also apply Naming Convention on the attachments that includes options like File Name and Subject + File Name.

Now click on New Folder button as highlighted.

Now click on Export button to start the conversion process.

Here check the check box corresponding to Maintain Folder Hierarchy and after that click on Change button to browse the location to save exported file.

Now click on Export button to start the conversion process.

Click on "View Report" to navigate to the destination location.

Click radio button corresponding to Print to print EML/EMLX files. After that, click on Advance Settings.

You can specify the following filters such as:

Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date filter.

Click Include Internet Message Header, if necessary.

Apply setting for Page Layout.

Now hit on Attachment tab to extract attachment on the PDF files.

Append Attachment: Convert attachment as PDF and append at end of email

The Append Attachment option will add the attachment content of EML file at the end of the converted PDF.

The Save Attachment option will allow you to save EML attachments into a separate folder instead of converting along with PDF file.

Use Change button to set the location to save and now click on Export button. And Connect your printer to get the printouts of the EML files.
