SysTools Mac Email Address Extractor: Know How it Works!

Select the PST option and click Add File/Folder to add PST file(s)/folder(s).

Browse and add the PST files to extract the email addresses from.

To remove a file/folder, choose the file and click on the Remove/Remove All option and press Next button.

After adding files the tool will scan the files.

Now checkmark the required Properties to include and extract.

Unchecking the Properties having email addresses will not be extracted. So, checkmark the properties which are required to be extracted.

Select the Export type. As the tool will extract the file into the selected file format.

Use Date Filter option to extract the email addresses within the specific date range selected.

Use Export options:

Domain Range: That allows users to include or exclude the email addresses to extract from a specific domain.

Exclude Email Addresses: This will help you to exclude the emails addresses to extarct like mailer_daemon, noreply, wwww, root etc.

Contain Specific Phrases in Subject: This filter helps to Extract Email Addresses if contains following phrases in subject.

Press the Export button.

Select the Change option to change the destination folder path to save the file.

Once the filters are applied and destination is fixed, then press the Export button.

Once the extracting process is completed, a report will generate displaying the Source Path and Export Status. Press the View Report button.

Now, go to the destination location and view files containing the Extracted Email Addresses.

View the Email Extraction Report containing details like (Source and Email Addresses).
