While saving DXL files as MSG, the software provides you with multiple file naming options. You can save an email named after its subject, subject + date (DD-MM-YY) and other such combinations. Besides this, auto increment and MD5 are other naming options available to save output MSG files.
Folder Hierarchy Option
In order to keep folder structure maintained during DXL to MSG migration, the software provides the option "Maintain folder hierarchy" in the export window. It will keep the folder structure same as that of source.
During the conversion process, the software provides emails filters options to convert DXL to MSG file format. Users can easily choose the "To" and "From" date range for converting a specific set of email messages that fall under this date-range.
The software is compatible with all Windows versions including the latest Windows 10. Also, Outlook installation is not mandatory for exporting DXL files into MSG file format. Users don't even require the IBM Notes or Domino environment for the conversion process.
After selecting all the desired options, you can provide any location of your choice to save the MSG files. The software allows you to select any location or if needed you can also create a New Folder to save the file. You can make a New Folder directly from the software panel and at any location of your choice.
