Explore this guide on how to convert the documents such as Microsoft Word, Excel and other formats to PDF on macOS.
Click on Add File(s) or Add Folder(s) option to add the files/folders to the software.
If you want to dicard the files from selection, tap on Remove button on the tool. On the other hand, Choose Remove All button to remove all the files from the tool.
If any added file has a password, kindly fill in the password in the provided section so that the software can process and convert these files to PDF.
Now apply the PDF settings:
Header & Footer Settings
Font Settings
Page Layout Settings
Bates Number
After that, hit on Change to browse the destination location where to save files.
Click on Select Folder/Open where you want to save the resulting files.
Password Protection Setting
Add Password on Output PDF File(s): Option to password-protect the exported PDF files.
This window only appears if you choose to "add password on output PDF files." You can choose to add separate passwords for each file or one password for all files at once.
Finally, click on the Export button to begin the conversion process.
Export process completed.
After the conversion is completed. Next, go to the Destination and view the generated PDF files.
