SysTools DBX Viewer Pro Plus: Know How it Works!

Get to know the whole process to Quickly View and Export DBX File Contents in different file formats. The software easily export DBX files using Advanced Functions and Search Filters.

STEP 1

After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.

Now start by checking all the steps of SysTools DBX Viewer Pro Plus. The software's first window appears as seen below:

STEP 2

Select the Add File option for adding the DBX Files or Folders.

STEP 3

Select the File option to insert DBX file(s).

Select the Folder option to insert DBX folder(s).

Select the DBX files you want to insert and Press "Open" button. The file will be scanned.

After that the folder list (on left pane) and list of emails in those files will be shown on the right side.

User can preview mail according to desired like, Normal View, Hex View, Properties View, Message Header View, MIME View, HTML View, RTF View, Attachments.

Also Normal Mail View of email is shown below in which user can view the email in usual way:

STEP 6

Select the Search option located on left pane to find the specific emails.

By using the Add Criteria option, the user can also search emails that they want.

Additionally, the user can use the Add Criteria to search email attachments.

Use the Remove Duplicates of for removing the mails which are repeated. And use Export button.

To export selected emails, then tick the emails and press the Export Selected option.

To export all emails, then press the Export option.

Options to Export DBX Files

STEP 11

Under export option, select the PDF option to export DBX files in PDF format.

Use Advanced Settings, click on the Browse button to set the folder location path for saving the exported file.

STEP 12

In General section set the Date Range to get the files within specified range. Also use Naming convention.

Use Delimiter for Special Characters option and press the Save button.

STEP 13

In Page Layout section enter the required Page margins, Layouts, Header & Footer and Fonts.

In Attachment section, apply the requried attachment settings.

In Bates Number section, fill the required columns to add page numbers.

Press the Export button once the filters are applied and Export options selected.

Now the Export Report Windows will open in which the "Success" count and "Fail" count will be mentioned.

Now, visit the destination location as it was mentioned and press the file.

Select the Print option to export and print the DBX files. Click on the Advanced Settings.

In General settings user can use the date filter option by selecting the Date Range Option.

In Page Layout section enter the required Page margins, Layouts, Header & Footer and Fonts.

In Attachment section, apply the requried attachment settings.

In Bates Number section, fill the required columns to add page numbers.

Finally, click the Save button to save the applied settings. Press the Export button. Connect your printers with the system to take the printouts.

STEP 11

Select the MSG option to export DXB files in MSG format. Use the Advanced Settings.

Use Naming Conventions, Date Range option to get the required files.

Use Delimiter for Special Characters option and press the Save button.

Now after aplying the settings, press the Save button and then click the Export button.

STEP 14

An "Export Process Completed Successfully" message will appear on the screen once the export process is complete.

The tool will display an Export Report describing the Source Path, Succes and Failure Count.

STEP 16

Locate the designated folder path and open your exported DBX files in MSG format.

STEP 11

Select the PST option to export DXB files in PST format. Use the Advanced Settings.

When choosing PST as file format to export, use the PST Split option the and set the Date Range.

Then select the Save option and click the Export option.

STEP 13

Once the export process is finished, a message will be displayed saying that the "Export Process Completed Successfully".

The tool will display an Export Report describing the Source Path, Succes and Failure Count.

Go to the specified folder path location and access your exported PST files.

STEP 11

Select the EML option to export DXB files in EML format. To export the required files, then use Advanced Settings.

In EML Settings user can use the date filter option by selecting the Date Range Option.

Use Delimiter for Special Characters option and press the Save button.

Now after aplying the settings, press the Save button and then click the Export button.

Once the export process is finished, a message will be displayed saying that the "Export Process CompleteSuccessfully".

The tool will display an Export Report describing the Source Path, Succes and Failure Count.

Find the path to the designated folder and open the exported files.
