9. Check the box “Move it to the specified folder” and click on the underlined “specified” in the Edit the Rule Description section.

10. Select the Junk E-Mail folder from the list and click Ok.

11. Give your rule a name (e.g., “Move spam to junk“) and click Finish.

12. Click Ok to close the Rules and Alerts dialog box.

#Method 4: Unsubscribe Spam Sites

If you’re receiving spam from a legitimate company, you can unsubscribe from their emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the message. However, be cautious of unsubscribing from suspicious emails, as this can confirm your email address to spammers.
