Know How BKF Viewer Tool Works

Install and Run the BKF Viewer Software. Click on Scan File button to select and scan the corrupted backup (.zip) file.

Click on Browse button to select the .zip Backup file.

Browse to the location where you have saved the backup file. Select the .zip file and click on Open button.

There are three Scanning Modes:

• Quick Scan: If data corruption in .bkf or .zip file is less, then this mode will recover the data fastly and shows the preview of data.
• Deep Scan: If the backup file is highly corrupted, then this mode will perform deep recovery process to open and preview the data.
• Range Based Scan: It allows to scan and extract file(s) from certain portion of the backup file.

Select the desired the scanning mode and then, click on Scan button.

Now, scanning process will begin. You can view the status of the file(s) that are scanned by the software.

After complete scanning process, a notification will pops up. Click on Ok button to close the dialog box.

Now, you can see all the folder(s) in the .zip file on the left pane of the window. You can click on any particular folder to view file(s) in that folder. You can also open and view particular file as shown below.

You can also search particular file with the help of Search option as shown. In the text box, you can type any specific word to search the particular file and you can see all the file(s) related to your search as shown.
