Intuitive Dashboard Home

Each Backup Job on the SysTools M365 Backup Solution has its own Dashboard Home. Within the Dashboard area, there is a summarised overview of the entire backup operation. Right on the main screen admins are greeted with minimalistic Item Count boxes. These display the total number of items backed up in each category.

Upon scrolling down the home page, the admins will find a list-like tabular representation containing the total storage consumed by each workload type. This gives admins a high-level idea of how much space the user-generated Emails, Calendars, Contacts, and OneDrive items take up in Mega/Giga Byte terms.

After the User List is available admins unlock the ability to search through the data present in the entire organization's M365 directory. The solution goes through all items available and pulls out the results that match the search term. Admins can then select individual email, contact, calendar, and OneDrive documents that are to be backed up. 

The search results can be further refined with the application of advanced filters. These have multiple predefined criteria some of which are Email.CC, Email.To, Email.BCC, etc. That can be nested and combined to form a robust custom search.
