Know How SysTools AOL Backup for Windows Works

Select the radio button corresponding to "PST" labeled text.

Click on the "Browse" button and browse the destination location to save the resultant export file.

Then, navigate and select the location and click on "OK" button.

Now, the selected destibation location will be displayed in the box corresponding to the "Browse" button.

Click on "Delete After Download" button to remove the downloaded emails from the account server, after the completion of backup process.
A window will pop-up asking "Are you sure you want to delete the mails from server after download?"

Click "Yes" to perform the local AOL emails archive process. After allowing, the option will be highlighted as shown below.

Choose "Incremental Backup" to backup AOL data , which are not downloaded in previous processes.

Apply customized filters on the process by clicking on the "Apply Filter" button.

Provide the required custom filters as per which the backup for the AOL account wants to be created -

• Select Folders: Include the folders that required to be included for the backup creation.
• E-mail Filter: It includes the Date Filter including the "From" and "To" constraints. It helps to define the Start and End date respectively.

Now, click on the "Start" Button.

The software will start the process. During the backup process, it will display the real-time progress report.

The process will be completed as shown below:

Now, the user can click on the destination location to view the downloaded AOL Mail file.

Now, You can preview the Export Report of the whole process in the CSV file from the proposed destination location.

Preview the Resultant PST files.

Naming Convention: Choose the Naming convention to save the emails with required names accordingly. By default, Subject is the naming convention of the file.

Create Single PDF File: Enable this checkbox to create single PDF file for each folder.

Attachments on Pin: Add attachment in PDF as Pin.

Append Attachment: Convert attachment as PDF and append at the end of the email.

Save Attachment on Disk: Save attachments in a folder in its original file format.

Click on the "Browse" button and browse the destination location to save the resultant export file.

Then, navigate and select the location and click on "OK" button.
