Bulk Export Office Documents

Office Upgrade software can export bunch of documents from older Office version into Office 2007 / 2010 document format. To do bulk export you can add folder containing multiple documents or files.

Retain Meta Properties

While upgrading MS Office documents; the software will not make any changes to the document Meta properties like; last modified date, creation date, or author name, and other associated Meta information.

MS Office Installation Required

In order to use MS Office Upgrade software, MS Office 2003 or above versions should be installed in your machine. To export and upgrade the Office documents, upper version of MS Office suite is required.

Default Export Option

When you are exporting MS Office 2003 file to Office 2010 version with export option selected as Default, the source file remains unchanged. Choosing the Default export option ensures that Source file selected for upgrade will be kept in the older format and unaltered.

Delete Source Files after Export

Once you upgrade MS Office files, you can delete the source files in older format by using the option to ‘delete source file(s)’. In this way, you will export all the files in newer format and remove source files of old Office version for an organized upgradation.

Add Suffix to Source Files

Once you upgrade source files, you can add a common suffix to their file names. The tool will create upgraded file with original name while append the name of source file with provided suffix for easy identification and differentiation.

Save File at Original Location

MS Office Upgrade tool provides you the option to export documents at their original location for Bulk Export Mode. You can select the checkbox to choose original location or uncheck it choose from other options for saving files

Add Folder to Batch Export Files

Office Upgrade tool comes with an option to Add File(s) or; Folder having multiple files in it. You can directly add the folder having all the documents for upgrade to save time in carrying out bulk data export.
